Select the Draw and Place an image tool

Draw a rectangle approximately where you want the image to go

Select or Upload the image to use

The image will appear on the map with 2 sets of handles

Black Circles - These allow you to reposition the corners of the image in order to fit it perfectly where you need it

White squares - These allow you to clip out parts of the image if needed

You can also adjust the transparency of the image in the layer editor sidebar

Draw a rectangle to position the image

Select or upload the image

Use the black handles handles to accurately position the image

Use the white handles to clip the image
