Surveys will be in either a Draft of Live state depending on if they have responses or not.
Surveys will automatically switch from DRAFT to LIVE when the survey has responses.
You will not be able to make edits when the survey is Live.
If you're testing your survey and have submitted responses to the survey in order to see how it performs. Navigate to the responses tab and delete your test comments.

⚠️ Please note that a survey being in the 'Live' state is based on it having received responses, it does not dictate whether or not the survey is open to receive responses. The project status ultimately determines whether or not the survey can be submitted (only in the Active state is the survey open to receive responses).
