In the toolbox of your survey builder, select the dropdown question type.

You can then add the title of your question and description is applicable.

The options are the options that will appear int he dropdown for stakeholder to select from.

Add an other option if applicable.

You can also choose the options order to be ascending, descending, or to randomise the options in each survey.
