      Using ESRI ArcGIS Basemaps | Social Pinpoint Classic Help Center

      Using ESRI ArcGIS Basemaps 
       

      Social Pinpoint can use your existing ESRI ArcGIS maps as the basemap for your consultation.

      ⚠️Supported Formats

      Currently Social Pinpoint only supports ArcGIS maps that have been created as an ImageServer or MapServer URL. Examples of supported ArcGIS maps can be found at Common Esri ArcGIS Base Map URLs

      Login to the admin site of your Social Pinpoint account

      Create a new project or navigate to the Map Editor of an existing project.

      Under 'Map Provider', select Esri ArcGIS.

      Add in your ArcGIS URL.

      ℹ️ Ensure the ArcGIS URL is set to 'Public' and is in one of our supported formats mentioned above
