Why can't I create a new project? | Social Pinpoint Classic Help Center

If you are unable to create a new project, it is likely that you have reached the maximum number of projects in your subscription. Click the 'Renew subscription' button to renew your subscription or contact one of our friendly staff at (+61) 1300 030 329 or support@socialpinpoint.com

To check your current available projects, navigate to Manage Account.

Select Billing. You will find your project allowance on the right.

*Please note the other reason you may not be able to do this is because you are a Project Admin. Project Admins cannot create projects, only Account Admins have the access to do this.
