Social Pinpoint implements a character count limit of 500 across all of our tools*. This character count limit cannot be adjusted and is in place to avoid stakeholders writing lengthy feedback that would be more suited to a private survey submission.

*The only exception is surveys, as there is no character limit to Text Field survey questions. If you’d like stakeholders to provide longer submissions on a topic, we suggest creating a survey to invite that specific feedback.
