Social Pinpoint's application code relies on knowing the domain it is hosted on for various features. We provide the ability to host your site on your own domain by utilizing our custom domain feature. This system ensures Social Pinpoint works as it should, as well as provides industry SSL protection and appropriate redirections.

​Therefore, we do not recommend or support other domain redirects or reverse proxies in front of our software as this interrupts certain features within our product. Please note if you do choose to take this route you are assuming any associated risks.
